Please Contact Us if you would like to return your products. Products must be returned in their original condition, include packaging, within the 14 day cooling off period. Please use recorded delivery to return any items to us to ensure that we receive them.
While your purchase is in your possession you must keep it in good condition if you intend to return them to DCI Gemstone Jewellery. This includes not removing the labels. All items are tagged for your protection and hygiene. If you remove any tags you are accepting the item, which then makes it non-refundable. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of stud earrings.

What to do in the event of a return?
After initial contact, please write a note or covering letter stating the reason for the return, your name, address, email address and item number, and send this and the item back to us. If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. We will provide you with the returns address when you contact us.
